The source code in the NVIDIA NeMo Platform repository is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

Some NVIDIA-distributed artifacts used with or alongside NeMo Platform, including NIM containers, model weights, hosted services, or other separately distributed binaries and materials, may be governed by additional or different terms. Review the license files and terms that accompany each artifact before use. These terms may include the NVIDIA Software License Agreement and the Product-Specific Terms for NVIDIA AI Products.
